On a cold and blustery morning in January, a group of dedicated Rotarians and friends visited Pflugerville to build a much needed ramp for a disabled person.  Overnight rains and dog deposits made the effort a little more challenging.  By noon, a fifty-two foot ramp was completed.

The Georgetown Rotarians of George Lourigan, Larry Baird, Cris Cash, Glenn Beck, Henry Yu and Denis Pepin were joined by new helpers Tim and his son Jack (old military friend of George) and Pete and Mickey (neighborhood friends of Denis).  It was nice to have newbies fit right in and make meaningful contributions to our build...many thanks for their participation.

The build was part of the continuing programs of Texas Ramp Project that provides custom built ramps for those with special needs.  The Georgetown Rotary Club is committed to a monthly build program.
